Modern comforts in a pristine tropical paradise.

What it's like

Nestled at the edge of the jungle, just steps from the beach, the hotel's remote location offers guests the opportunity to truly get away. Spend your time snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, diving, hiking, visiting indigenous villages or simply relaxing with a drink on the white sand beaches. Due to Casa Cayuco's remote location and to minimize their impact on the environment, they require a three night minimum stay.

Independent spirit

Paradise with principles

Small touches

Explore the archipelago via guided, private excursions on one of Casa Cayuco’s several boats. Island hop around the Bastimentos National Marine Park, tour an organic chocolate farm, snorkel amazing underwater gardens, try your hand at Ngobe line fishing, investigate nearby caves or zip line through the jungle.

Eat and drink

Three daily meals, as well as an afternoon snack, are included in your stay—all prepared by an expert culinary staff with locally sourced ingredients. The fare is predominantly plant-based cuisine with the addition of locally caught fresh fish that is brought right to the resort's dock every day.  Enjoy the full bar with a menu of signature, craft cocktails and organic wine from the Emiliana Vineyard in Chile.

And more

Round trip transportation to and from the Bocas del Toro airport makes your last leg easy, and from the moment you're picked up every aspect of your stay is taken care of. Leave your stress at home—you're there to relax and enjoy your adventure.

Casa Cayuco strives to be as low-impact as possible in an effort to conserve our natural world by carefully weighing the environmental impact of every decision they make, from the supply chain of the food, to the electricity that powers the resort. They believe the most important tenet of ecotourism is having a positive impact on local communities. A portion of each stay at Casa Cayuco goes towards ongoing projects in the local village.
