Ashland Springs Hotel

Lovingly restored, historic downtown gem in Southern Oregon

For over a century, savvy travelers have come from far and wide to enjoy the natural and cultural features of the Rogue River Valley. And ever since this property first opened in 1925 (it was called the Lithia Hotel then), it has offered first-class hospitality, with charm and sophistication to spare. It’s the best of all worlds — the intimate feel of a bed & breakfast, the attentive service of a small inn, the luxuriousness of a spa resort and the safety and convenience of a hotel.

Ideally situated for personal retreats or regional excursions

What it's like

Your approach to the Ashland Springs Hotel begins in beautiful downtown Ashland, as the property is just steps from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Step into the inviting lobby, and you’ll begin to experience the quaint European charm that has been a uniting theme of this hotel since its recent extensive renovation. Head to your guest room and enjoy the styled cream plush linen, free wi-fi, flat-screen cable TV and oversized windows providing ample sunlight.

Independent spirit

Gentility meets elegance against a quaint European backdrop.

Small touches

Free parking, a warm fireplace in the lobby and a deluxe continental breakfast are just the start of the amenities that will make your stay feel cozy and convenient. The property is entirely non-smoking, so you can breathe easy. With luxe Frette linens, Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, rain shower heads and monogrammed 100% cotton robes -- you’ll feel pampered throughout your entire stay.

Eat and drink

Your day begins with a complimentary continental breakfast, which is as hearty as it is delicious. The onsite restaurant, Larks, celebrates all things Oregon. That means you’ll find tempting, from-scratch menu offerings incorporating the farms, orchards, creameries and wineries that make the state so special. Sample Oregon’s finest spirits, local wines and beers with an inventive drink menu that features herb-infused cocktails and other tasty refreshments.

And more

With four distinctive meeting rooms totaling 5700 square feet of banquet space, the Ashland Springs Hotel is the perfect backdrop for memorable meetings, conferences and weddings. With soaring ceilings, large windows, ornate wooden wainscoting, designer brass chandeliers and luminaries and a show-stopping original crystal chandelier, the Crystal Room is a particularly impressive venue for sophisticated events.
