A Seattle landmark since 1927.
Mayflower Park Hotel is a beautifully preserved landmark with nearly a century of stories woven into its walls. This downtown gem puts you at the center of everything the city has to offer while wrapping you in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.
Some traditions are worth keeping.
Built in 1927 as the Bergonian, this hotel has weathered nearly a century of Seattle's evolution. In 1974, Marie Dempcy became the city's first female hotel general manager when she and her husband purchased and renamed it. Today, you'll spot a 250-year-old grandfather clock in the lobby, original stained glass bearing the letter "B", and a five-tier crystal chandelier.
Quite simply, one of a kind.
All 160 guestrooms feature Queen Anne furnishings along with plush bedding, luxury bathrobes, and signature bath products. Rooms are generously sized for downtown Seattle, giving you plenty of space to settle in, while suites offer separate living areas and, in some cases, two bathrooms. Your stay also includes a collection of added perks, such as a welcome cocktail at Oliver's, in-room coffee and tea, bottled water refreshed daily, high-speed WiFi, fitness center access, and same-day laundry service. You can also request discounted admission to the Seattle Art Museum at the front desk.
Oliver's broke new ground in 1976 as one of Seattle's first "daylight" bars, replacing dark watering holes with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking bustling downtown streets. Known for award-winning cocktails, including honors from the International Martini Classic Challenge, and its signature martini, Oliver's now pairs that cocktail legacy with a full dining experience, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus weekend brunch. The menu features American favorites, bar classics, and Oliver's famous burger, all designed to complement its expertly crafted drinks, while popular happy hour specials make it a lively gathering spot in the heart of Seattle.
Located in downtown Seattle, Washington, directly connected to Westlake Center and a short walk from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum.
