During your stay, take advantage of the talents of Todos Santos’ own Chef Iker Algorri, who’s behind the on-site Colibris Cafe. You can find him cooking with love every morning at Los Colibris Casitas. Breakfasts include a delicious mix of Mexican breakfast specialties and gringo favorites, including plenty of healthy fare and fresh local fruit. All juices and salsas are made fresh on the property. If you'd like a picnic lunch to take with you on your adventures or to enjoy by the pool, he can whip that up as well. Chef Iker is also available by appointment for Mexican cooking classes and dinners, and he runs an entire Cooking Adventures Week.

The owners of Los Colibris own and operate Todos Santos Eco Adventures and will happily arrange activities for you, including hiking, kayaking, surfing, bird watching, horseback riding, whale watching, snorkeling with sea lions, swimming with whale sharks, sea turtle hatchling releases, art classes and more.
