Discover what "ranch life" really means.

What it's like

The experience here centers around the horse, much as it has since 1918. Days unfold at a natural rhythm—mornings in the corral pairing with your horse, afternoons exploring desert trails or relaxing by the pool, and evenings trading stories in the lodge over home-cooked meals. Here, on 100 acres of Sonoran Desert, you'll find yourself becoming part of a legacy that began with an 18-year-old's dream and $1.25 an acre.

Independent spirit

Not recreating the Wild West—preserving it.

Small touches

Southwestern charm fills each unique accommodation, from lodge rooms adorned with hand-painted Monterey furniture and western artwork to the spacious Homestead House with its historic adobe walls. With underexposed rafters salvaged from a historic gold mine, the main lodge invites you to gather for board games or evening drinks. Outside, a refreshing pool and hot tub await, perfect for unwinding beneath the desert sky after a day on the trails.

Eat and drink

Early risers find fresh coffee waiting before sitting down to a cowboy-hearty breakfast of homemade specialties. Professional chefs prepare every breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the ranch kitchen before serving family-style in the dining room, on the patio, or out on the trail. Evenings begin with a social hour in the lodge, where guests and wranglers gather before dinner. Fresh garden vegetables, crisp salads, and choice meats complement warm rolls and house-baked desserts.

And more

The adventures aren't limited to daily horseback rides! Master team penning in the arena, track targets through the desert brush on the 3D archery course, or test your aim at clay pigeon sport shooting. Guided UTV tours reveal hidden slot canyons and seasonal riverbeds, while hiking trails let you get up close to towering saguaros and desert wildlife.
