Stash Plus™ Terms and Conditions

Stash Plus™ is an on-property benefits program available to Stash members who sign up and agree to pay the annual membership fee. You may learn more about the program at https://www.stashrewards.com/plus.
Except as otherwise described here, the Stash Plus™ program is governed by the agreements listed and linked to below. If you sign up for a Stash Plus™ membership, you agree to these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

ENROLLMENT, FEES, AND RENEWAL
There is a $95 non-refundable, annual fee for participation in the Stash Plus™ program.
Your Enrollment Date is the date that you complete the online enrollment process at https://www.stashrewards.com/plus and your credit card is charged successfully. Your Stash Plus™ membership continues until canceled.
THE ANNUAL FEE WILL BE BILLED TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDE DURING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AND THEREAFTER BILLED AUTOMATICALLY EACH YEAR ON THE ENROLLMENT DATE ANNIVERSARY. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR STASH PLUS™ MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Stash and Stash Plus™ participating hotels reserve the right to offer certain Stash members promotional or trial memberships at their sole discretion, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial members may at any time cancel their trial membership, and may choose to enroll or not in a paid membership at the end of the trial period.
You may cancel your enrollment in the Stash Plus™ program for the upcoming year at any time by contacting Stash Member Support at Stash Member Support at email@example.com, https://www.stashrewards.com/support, or 866.229.1204. You must do so in advance of your enrollment date anniversary to avoid renewal of the annual fee.
Members who book a Stash Plus™ participating hotel via www.stashrewards.com and have an active Stash Plus™ account at the time of their stay will receive the following benefits:
With the exception of the Complimentary upgrade, benefits may vary by property and may change from time to time. Stash Plus members are limited to one benefit package per room per stay and benefits may be received for up to two rooms per stay. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay.
The benefits as described on our site (see www.stashrewards.com/plus) will be delivered to a Stash Plus™ member by the Participating Hotel. If the Participating Hotel fails to deliver any of the listed benefits (or replacement benefits of equivalent value), Stash will use commercially reasonable efforts to have the corresponding Participating Hotel compensate the Stash Plus™ member for the denied amenity.
