Cancellation policy

Reservations must be canceled at least one week in advance for each room-night booked to receive a refund of the deposit amount, less a $35 cancellation fee per room. If canceled with less notice than required based on the number of rooms and nights booked, the total deposit amount will be forfeited. For example: 1 room x 1 night = 1 week (7 days) notice; 1 room x 2 nights = 2 weeks (14 days) notice; 1 room x 3 nights = 3 weeks (21 days) notice; 2 rooms x 1 night = 2 weeks (14 days) notice; 2 rooms x 2 nights = 4 weeks (28 days) notice; 2 rooms x 3 nights = 6 weeks (42 days) notice. Cancellations or early departures made within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Cancellation Policy may vary based on room type or rate booked.
