Cancellation policy

Reservations canceled or rescheduled between the time of booking and at least 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations are charged the total booking amount 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or rescheduled between 14 and 3 days of arrival will be refunded the total booking amount, less a $250 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover your reservation. Please note that a two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, and a three-night minimum stay is required during holidays. Please also note that rates are based on double occupancy; therefore, each additional occupant will incur an extra person fee of $35 per night.
