Cancellation policy

Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the total deposit amount, equal to the first night's room and tax. Please note that a nightly resort fee will be applied to all reservations. From October 2nd to May 25th, the fee is $5.29 per room. From May 26th to October 1st, the fee is $21.20 per room. These resort fees are subject to change at anytime. Please note that rates are based on double occupancy, so for each additional occupant aged 13 years and older, there will be an extra person fee of $10 per night.
