At Glasbern Inn, breakfast is served under the mile-high cathedral ceiling of a 19th century barn—and not just any breakfast. Glasbern is a working farm, where the heirloom vegetables and fruits are grown without pesticides, and the eggs on your plate come from the farm's own chickens.
The Inn is made up of 7 buildings, carefully restored from barns, carriage houses and stables. Tall windows look out onto cultivated gardens; farther afield, green hills are cropped by Scottish Highland cattle and Black Welsh Mountain sheep.

Glasbern Inn is on the western edge of Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, about 100 miles from New York City, and 60 miles from Philadelphia.
