Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival date a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee is retained from your deposit upon cancellation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation so that we can refund your deposit minus the $20 cancellation fee and avoid further charges. In the unlikely event that you must cancel inside a 2 week (14 day) period prior to your arrival date, shorten your stay, change your arrival date or check out at an earlier date, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. The balance on your reservation will be charged upon cancellation. If we can successfully rebook the room(s) for part of your stay or for the entirety of your stay, a partial refund may be made after your original check-out date.
