What it's like
As you arrive at Green Bridge Inn, you'll be struck by the historic details and thoughtful design that honor the heritage of Red Cliff. Formerly a booming mining town, complete with saloons, brothels and theaters, Red Cliff is now known as a base camp for outdoor enthusiasts thanks to it's location on the backside of prestigious Vail Mountain. The Inn's team is deeply committed to the lifestyle and beauty of the mountains and will go to great lengths to make sure your stay is spectacular.
Your mountain paradise, off the beaten path.
The Green Bridge Inn has 14 guest rooms, all offering a level of comfort and quality expected in the Vail Valley. Each room features beetle kill beadboard walls, Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, personal safes, keyless entry, private bathrooms, and great views of town. Due to the location of this unique property, there is no traditional cell phone service. Should you wish to get connected with the outside world, the Green Bridge Inn offers free long-distance calling in the room, or your personal cell phone can activate WiFi calling utilizing the hotel's free high speed internet throughout the entire property.
Eat and drink
Head down to the Provisions & Liquor Store to stock up on essentials. Grab some muffins for the mountain, or a six pack for après-ski (or après-hike). When you've worked up an appetite, head across the street to Red Cliff's local restaurant, Mangos Mountain Grill. As the unofficial cornerstone of the town, you'll find locals and travelers alike flock to Mango's for their delicious dishes including fish tacos, burgers, and more mountain pub grub.
The Green Bridge Inn is just 16 miles from world-renowned ski resorts, Vail & Beaver Creek. Spend the day exploring the many attractions and towns in each direction, but return to a quiet hamlet under the starry skies. Red Cliff is your spot to rejuvenate and get ready for your next day of adventure and exploration.
